Have just filmed the July Jackal film. I always liked Duran Duran’s 80s classic hit ‘Girls on Film’, which I believe they wrote in order to address the issue of an inequality of the balance of women in the film industry. They are just sooo political and that is what I love about Simon LeBon and his fat face. Off the back of this, I can reveal that our new film involves music and we may or may not, have stepped back in time, to the 1980s. For the first time, we’ve tried to be a bit more interactive with the blogosphere (whatever that is) and have asked people on Twitter what to call an 80s band! There have been some amusing and witty contributions so far. Some personal favourites have included ‘Thatcher’s Musk’, ‘Simian Swordfish’, ‘Suntan’ and ‘Pineapplerapple’.
